PHYSICAL THERAPY applies to both chronic and
temporary disabilities that are caused by accidents,
disease, surgical procedures and other various
medical conditions.
Physical therapy is designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, increase strength, balance and motion and improve overall fitness and health.
Treatment consists of exercises and can include working with equipment designed for specific tasks and muscle mobilization. Ultrasound, electrical stimulation, massage therapy and hot and cold applications may also be included as part of a complete program.
